Role-tailored CV purchase

The displayed candidate CV price is a one-time charge in Australian dollars for one CV tailored to the selected vacancy. The current tailored CV checkout price is $19 AUD unless a page clearly states otherwise.

Before checkout, the service checks whether the saved CV and candidate confirmations appear to cover the employer's required qualifications. If required evidence is missing, payment may be stopped so the candidate can update their CV or confirm relevant requirements first.

Employer monthly access

Employers can create a free account, save a business profile, submit job ads for review, preview match quality and organise shortlists. Candidate identity, contact details, full CV viewing, CV download and CV email actions require paid employer access.

Paid employer access is currently $300 AUD per month. PayPal manages checkout and subscription payment. If a payment fails, is cancelled or cannot be confirmed, paid access may be paused until the account is active again.

PayPal payments

PayPal processes live checkout and payment details. Find Me A Job Australia stores payment status, order references and access status so the website can unlock the correct candidate or employer features. We do not store full card, bank or PayPal login details.

Candidate information and employer use

Employers must use unlocked candidate information only for genuine recruitment related to their vacancy. Candidate details must not be resold, added to unrelated marketing lists, used for non-recruitment purposes or shared outside the employer's hiring process without a lawful reason.

Your review

AI-assisted CV tailoring and matching can contain mistakes. Candidates must review finished CVs before using them. Employers must review matches before making hiring decisions. The service does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employee performance or hiring outcome.

Refunds and support

If payment succeeds but the purchased CV, download, access unlock or paid employer feature cannot be delivered, contact hello@findmeajob.com.au. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair the issue, restore access, regenerate the item or provide a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Test mode

When checkout is clearly labelled sandbox or test mode, no real payment is intended and no real purchase is created.
